Return and Refund Policy

TEAM EXOS WANTS OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASE. HOWEVER, IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PURCHASE WE'D BE HAPPY TO DO ALL IN OUR POWER TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY CONTACT SUPPORT TO RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE ISSUED IN THE SAME PAYMENT AS THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. (A PURCHASE MADE WITH A CREDIT CARD WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE SAME CREDIT CARD, ETC. IF YOU ARE ISSUED A PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, APPLY THE ISSUED RETURN LABEL (OR) PROPERLY ADDRESS BOX AS PER YOUR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
